“Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.” Thich Nhat Hanh
Let’s make today simple.
Sometimes we just need to slow down and quiet our minds.
Here’s an easy breathing exercise that can help you relax and find your center.
Sit quietly
Breathe through your nose
Breathe into your center( your belly) and inhale all your energy in.
Breathe out from your center and exhale all energies, distractions, anything that you don’t want to carry, breathe that out.
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
You can do this with your eyes closed or open. You can practice this no matter where you are or what you are doing. This simple breathing exercise works on the parasympathetic nervous system and helps calm you down.
Wishing you a peaceful day.

Heartfelt Thank you Cheryl. We need to take time to read and listen to our body. I know when we take deep breaths it helps our bodies reset itself and we feel better. Yes our parasympathetic nervous system! 🙂 We just have to slow down and breate. How easy is this! Thank you for the reminder~!
